Non-redressal of grievances is one of the most common frustrations citizens face while dealing with government departments. In a landmark decision, the Government of Arunachal Pradesh launched the CM Jansunwai portal — a single integrated system for online grievance redressal.

Through this portal, citizens can file grievances from anywhere, track their progress in real time, receive responses within a stipulated time, and escalate to an appellate authority when required. Every complaint, from any source, reaches the concerned department on a single platform — improving access, redressal and monitoring.
